"I'm not satisfied with the result but my players have given all out with quicker paces in attacking and having created more chances than the previous two games," commented the Chinese head coach Hao Wei after the match. "It's just a warmup tournament and we still get chance to improve on tactics," he added. The Swedish boss Pia Sundhage was obviously happy with the three-goal victory, though she admitted that her players failed to live up to her expectations in the second half. "I'd be happier if we'd done better in the second half," she said. "The Chinese team is a technical one with many new players, who made some trouble for us, especially in the opening minutes." The victory lifts Sweden to the top of Group A on six points, beating Germany to the second place on goal differences. Clubs go on a record transfer shopping spree

Shopping by Super League clubs went up a notch on the 2014/2015 transfer market as they spent 108 million euros ($121.2 million) on players. The money spent on transfers of Chinese top-flight clubs beat most of the top leagues in the world, standing only second to the English Premier League, according to statistics released by Germany's Transfer Market on Friday when the Chinese winter transfer window closed. The spending brought in 47 foreign players and saw 62 Chinese players move to new clubs. It surpassed last year's record of 68.72 million euros and doubled the number of foreign names in the league. Former Brazilian league top scorer Dario Conca returned to China and joined Shanghai SIPG club after one year at Brazilian club Fluminense. "I hope I can repay you with better performance. Thank you China," he wrote on his micro blog. Conca, the latest signing by former England manager Sven-Goran Eriksson, set a record transfer fee of 8.9 million euros four years ago. China to introduce soccer textbooks to schools

The seven volumes are being compiled with input from soccer teachers by state-managed publisher the People's Education Press (PEP). They are aimed at primary school students from grade three to six as well as junior and senior middle school students, Wednesday's Beijing Youth Daily reported. Students will be able to use their cellphones to scan QR codes in the textbooks and access instructional videos, the newspaper quoted Chen Keqi, head of sports section of the PEP, as saying. As well as teaching soccer's basic skills and rules, the textbooks will foster team spirit and sense of responsibility, Chen said. In February, the government kicked off a plan to improve China's soccer credentials, with the country embarrassed in recent times by the performance of its national team and corruption in domestic leagues. The Ministry of Education plans to select thousands of schools to lead the campaign, reviving the sport's popularity on campus and offering coaching that it hopes will create a bigger pool of talented players. The Chinese Women's Super League, the female equivalent of the men's Chinese Super League, will kick off its 2015 season on Sunday in Beijing with host Beijing squaring off against Jiangsu in the league opener, organizers said on Wednesday. The CWSL will feature the top eight teams of last year's 16-club domestic league playing in a home-and-away system, and the remaining eight sides will play in a round-robin tournament as the second-tier competition. The team finishing last in CWSL will be relegated to the second division next year while the top club from the lower-level tournament will get promoted to CWSL. It will be the first time the women's league resumes the promotion and demotion system over the past four years, a sign suggesting that female participation in soccer has been improving following setbacks on the international stage, said officials. "We are able to develop the league into two groups because we have enough teams and enough venues to host the competition, which shows the growth of the talent pool and the increasing support for women's soccer," said Liu Ailing, former national midfielder and current youth development official with Beijing Football Association. "However, to develop the women's league into a popular product appealing to fans like the CSL is still a long way off due to the lack of facilities, funding and attention to women's soccer," said Liu. Thanks to Chinese President Xi Jinping's concern over soccer, a comprehensive reform and development plan involving women's soccer and soccer among youth was approved by the State Council, China's cabinet, in February and has started to inspire enterprises to invest in the game once tarnished by corruption scandals. LeTV Holdings Co Ltd, an emerging internet and technology company, announced on Wednesday that it has signed a five-year contract with the Chinese Football Association to become CWSL's title sponsor, commercial partner and main broadcaster. Brazil striker Tardelli reveals 'irresistible' Chinese offer

Atletico Mineiro have reportedly already rejected an initial six million-euro bid from Shandong for the former Real Betis player. Tardelli scored 10 goals from 23 Brazilian Serie A matches in 2014. He was recalled to Brazil's squad by national coach Dunga in September. 12歲流浪兒多次離開助養傢庭難住公益組織

2月10日,12歲的小鵬（化名）與記者見面述說心事。本報記者 韓萌 攝 兩年間走遍40多個地方，曾8次從光愛學校出走，多次離開助養傢庭，公益組織希望各界出謀劃策 昨天，是學生開學的日子。可12歲的小鵬（化名）卻仍在北京街頭流浪。 近日，小鵬找到本報，希望有傢庭能收養他。 但經記者瞭解，他有監護人，也曾得到北京光愛學校和中華少年兒童慈善救助基金會的幫助和收留，但他像一匹脫韁的小野馬，多次離開助養傢庭和學校。 在光愛學校，石青華校長為小鵬專門請瞭心理老師，兒慈會也為他安排瞭心理疏導，但每次都因他的出走無疾而終。 石青華校長認為，小鵬需要進行心理治療和行為上的限制，即使有傢庭能收養小鵬，恐怕小鵬在收養傢庭也待不長久。 小鵬的實際監護人是其大姨夫婦，兒慈會工作人員董福廣說，根據目前法律，小鵬應遣送回原籍，由其監護人照顧。但事實上，大姨夫婦無力照顧小鵬，小鵬也不願回大姨傢。他的情況也符合我國《收養法》第四條的規定，屬於可以被收養的對象。 光愛學校和兒慈會希望社會各界能出謀劃策，找到一個好辦法幫助這個孩子，在他18歲之前，能像普通孩子一樣，健康成長。 ■ 人物 飄在路上的孩子 “再這樣下去，我就毀瞭，我還小，我不應該這樣生活。”小鵬側坐在桌前，低眉順眼地摳著手指頭，聲音小小的，不與人對視。 這個單薄的12歲男孩，讓第一次接觸他的人感到心疼。 2010年5月，從湖南衡陽老傢出走，在不到兩年的時間裡，他走遍瞭全國40多個城市，最南到過海口，最北到過哈爾濱。 上周五，他撥通報社熱線，希望媒體給他找個傢，他說他想上學，他想有個傢。事實上，這不是他第一次求助媒體，也不是第一次傾訴他的願望。 他，就像一隻沒有帆的小船，早早地駛進社會裡，卻回不瞭岸。 流浪全國40多個城市 這是個長相俊秀的孩子，眼睛又黑又亮，鼻子小巧挺直，牙齒白白的。穿著還算齊整，短款的黑色波司登羽絨服、幹凈的白色運動鞋。 “我累瞭，我不應該這麼早就進入社會，想過安穩的生活，我想上學，你能幫我找個傢嗎？” 小鵬出生在湖南省衡陽縣石市鄉醒獅村，8個月大時，父親拋下他們母子倆走瞭，母親變瘋，由外公外婆把他送到大姨傢撫養。 2009年，外公外婆去世，大姨父摔壞瞭腳，沒有經濟能力照顧他，大姨和大姨父常因為他吵架，上到小學五年級的他輟學瞭。 “也沒什麼原因，我覺得挺沒意思的，沒人關心我，就走瞭。”到瞭火車站，小鵬混進火車站，混上火車。至今，40多個城市留下他的足跡。 兜裡沒錢，就試著向旅客乞討，小鵬有一套自己的“乞討經”。 小鵬會與旅客“交流”，說他的經歷，談他的未來規劃，最多時，有人給過200元。 他的話得到他的大姨徐菊香的證實，徐菊香說，隔三岔五小鵬就會打電話回去，告訴她又到哪瞭，“我讓他回來也不聽，我也管不瞭他，隻要不出事，就隨他吧。” 小鵬所在村的村支書周書記也說，早就聽說這個孩子在外面跑，但沒人管。 隱藏多次出走的實情 他晚上過夜隻在火車站、醫院、肯德基、麥當勞，“這些地方24小時都有人，安全，睡著瞭沒危險。” 他也嘗試過打工，就在幾天前，他還在一傢火鍋店洗碗，但幹瞭十幾天就被辭瞭，老板擔心他的年齡給店裡惹麻煩。 最好的時光是2009年前，每天隻是上學，不愁吃喝。 流浪後最好的時光是在石傢莊，瑜伽教練王波（化名）短暫收留他的日子。 “陪我騎車到郊區，帶我去遊泳，給我過生日。” 小鵬想一直生活在王波的傢裡，卻被拒絕瞭。 王波說，沒有能力收留這麼大的孩子，但又不忍心把他推出去，聯系瞭福利院，想到周末就去看他。 但在福利院隻待瞭兩天，小鵬就跑回來，“他說就想和我在一起。”王波說：“也許是我比較縱容他，這個孩子玩性很大，我也有耐性，就是玩到半夜，我也陪著。” 被“拒絕”後，小鵬跑到北京。據王波說，小鵬在北京期間，曾被一傢公益組織送到專門收留流浪兒、孤兒、貧困兒童的光愛學校，但多次從學校出走。 但這段歷史小鵬沒有向記者提起。 八次從光愛學校出走 當記者提起小鵬時，“又找你們瞭？你們千萬別給他找收留傢庭，讓他回學校。”光愛學校校長石青華如是說。 2011年6月，中華少年兒童慈善救助基金會的工作人員打電話給石校長，說有一個流浪孩子，希望找個安穩的地方生活。 小鵬被送來，石青華很快發現這孩子身上有很多問題，孤僻、有主見、不合群…… 石青華專門找來心理老師疏導他，並單獨安排瞭一臺電腦，讓他寫流浪日記，舒緩他的壓力。 但不等辦法見效，小鵬就跑瞭，前前後後出走8次，最長不超過半個月就沒影瞭。 為什麼隱瞞？ 小鵬說是害怕記者不會再幫他尋找收留傢庭。 他說石校長對他很好，常打電話勸他回去，學校裡吃得好，住得也好，“但那地方不適合我，那裡不應該是我待的地方。” 不是第一次尋求收留 兒慈會工作人員董福廣說，這不是小鵬第一次尋求收留。 2011年4月，小鵬流浪到廈門時，曾撥打當地媒體熱線，提出想安頓下來，想到學校讀書。 報道出來後，廈門多個傢庭都有意幫助他，其中在學校任職的李姓夫婦暫時收留瞭他，並安排到學校讀書。 中央電視臺《熱線12》節目瞭解後，也趕赴廈門希望幫小鵬找到收養傢庭。 小鵬記下央視記者的電話，隨後，與李老師一傢不辭而別，北上“投奔”央視記者。 面對從天而降的小鵬，央視記者聯系瞭中華少年兒童慈善救助基金會的董福廣，通過公益組織幫助小鵬。 小鵬要求董福廣給他找個收養傢庭，而不是光愛學校這樣的地方。 每次從光愛學校出走，小鵬都會給董福廣打電話，有時甚至威脅：“你們打著偽慈善的旗子，卻不管我，再不管的話，我就打市長熱線。” 而在光愛學校，一次關愛活動中，小鵬主動到一位公司老總面前，述說自己的經歷，希望能得到收養。 這位公司老總被打動瞭，給他安排瞭費用不菲的貴族學校，在傢裡準備瞭單獨的房間，但不到一個月就把小鵬送瞭回來。 公司老總向石校長吐苦水：“我實在是管不瞭這個孩子，連著幾天不回傢也不打招呼，也不好好讀書。” 在向記者保證會回光愛學校後，石校長專門派學生去接他，但當晚小鵬又失約瞭。 （新京報） Tags: Rapid Prototyping, Rapid Prototyping China, Plastic Tooling, Plastic Tooling China, Rapid Prototype, Rapid Prototype China, Rapid Tooling, Rapid Tooling China, CNC Prototype,CNC Prototype China, Functional Prototype, Functional Prototype China, Metal Prototype, Metal Prototype China, Plastic Prototype, Plastic Prototype China, Rapid Manufacturing,Rapid Manufacturing China, Low volume production, Stereolithography, Stereolithography China, Vacuum Casting, Vacuum Casting China, whatsapp marketing, wechat marketing, seo, e marketing, SEO, SEO, web design, 網頁設計, SEO, SEO, SEO, SEO, Whatsapp Marketing, TVC, Wechat Marketing, Wechat Promotion, web design, 網頁設計, whatsapp marketing, wechat marketing, seo, e marketing,  網頁設計提供seo, e marketing, web design by zoapcon.

10傢駐京辦餐廳暗訪:每桌1萬8茅臺白酒銷量最大

[導讀]日前，記者暗訪甘肅、福建等10餘傢省級駐京辦餐廳，大多3日內餐廳的包間和宴會廳都已預訂一空。由於駐京辦餐廳更具私密性，接待的大多是政府官員。今年很多企業的商務宴請也選在這裡。 甘肅駐京辦飛天大廈餐廳，一傢企業聚餐後，領導餐桌上的菜很多都沒有動，浪費嚴重。 河北駐京辦餐廳訂餐人員提供的菜單。 去年年底，中央出臺“八項規定”、“六項禁令”，其中要求“厲行勤儉節約”、“嚴禁超標準接待”。 日前，記者暗訪甘肅、福建、河北、河南、內蒙古、四川等10餘傢省級駐京辦餐廳，大多均被告知，至少3日內餐廳的包間和宴會廳都已預訂一空，“主要都是國企和政府部門的公務接待和年會”。多傢駐京辦餐廳負責人表示，由於駐京辦餐廳更具私密性，接待的大多是政府官員，“與往年不同，受‘厲行節儉’政策影響，今年很多企業的商務宴請也選在這裡。” “一周內都預訂不到包間和宴會廳，都滿瞭。”1月24日，記者以訂餐名義咨詢時，甘肅省駐京辦飛天大廈餐廳工作人員答復，近期宴會廳預訂一直處於爆滿狀態，“都是大型接待，得等到1月31日才有空位。” 四川駐京辦的貢院蜀樓人員告知，包間則要等到2月2日才有空位。 現場 請領導 喝茅臺抽真龍 昨晚6時30分許，廣西大廈3層，一場工作會議後的聚餐即將開始。 “大廳裡擺瞭12桌，都被一傢事業單位包瞭。”餐廳領班稱，“今天是138元/位的自助餐，明天這傢單位還在我們這聚餐，自助改成點菜，用餐標準5000元每桌。” “今天他們還開瞭一個包間。”該領班說，“客人說請來瞭一位高級別領導。” 記者要來這間包間的消費菜單。“客人選的是我們酒店8000元每桌(10人桌)的套餐標準，折合每位800元。”餐廳領班介紹，當晚這間包間內有5名客人，菜品消費總計4000元。 “至於酒水，我們在桌上放瞭單價2180元每瓶的茅臺，及每瓶1080元的廣西特色白酒丹泉，客人可自行選擇。”領班說，該包間客人點的香煙是每包108元的軟中華和每包150元的真龍。 安全 進包間 須服務員引導 1月24日中午，位於朝陽區安貞西裡的福建大廈三樓中餐廳，工作人員稱他也聽說中央要求“厲行勤儉節約”，但餐廳生意並未受到影響，“至少我們這兒，政府人員接待標準沒發生變化。” “在我們飯店宴請，能保證私密性和安全性。”江蘇大廈餐廳客戶經理說，“現在上面查得嚴，很多公務接待和宴請不敢去知名的大飯店、賓館，而會所、駐京辦餐廳成首選。” 這名經理稱，江蘇大廈內除二樓的自助餐區外，三至五層的包間均須在服務員的引導下，報出包間名稱或訂房者姓名才可進入，“每個包間都是固定的服務人員”。 “五樓還有一個包間，整層樓隻有這一個，是高級別領導待遇的房間，不隨便對外開放。”他說，與往年的公務宴請不同，近期來負責預訂包間的單位工作人員大多都隻是留個姓名和電話，不再告知單位名稱和職務等信息。 菜品 “8000元/桌才像樣” “餐標最低一桌2000元。”福建大廈中餐廳的工作人員稱，這個標準隻適用於年會等團體餐，“請領導吃飯至少要達到500元一位的餐標”。 他指向菜單中包含“正宗佛跳墻”、“蟲草花斑魚”等十餘道菜品在列的餐標。“我們餐廳的包間主要以接待領導為主。”他說，幾日前，飯店曾做過1450元一位的餐標，“菜品裡有七八兩的龍蝦、海參等。” “你要是想正兒八經辦事的話，幾百塊一位的菜太一般，800元一位的基本才像個樣。”江蘇大廈餐廳客戶經理詢問宴請性質後，給出瞭自己的參考意見。 他稱，根據宴請客人的級別來定標準，如果以10人桌計算，不含酒水費，一般幹部的宴請需要8000多元，“高級別的領導，怎麼也得過萬元。” 每桌宴請3000元起步，5000元標準，8000元像樣，上不封頂，記者走訪發現，這樣的宴請標準也同樣是多傢駐京辦餐廳的慣例。 酒水 茅臺是銷量最大的白酒 河北駐京辦餐廳一名服務部部長提供的菜單顯示，一份除“賽汗吉祥佛跳墻”、“清蒸東星斑”外均為普通食材，總計6道涼菜、9道熱菜、1湯的套餐，標價為1280元每人。 “這樣的餐標時常被客人選中，多是公務接待。”餐廳工作人員稱。 多傢駐京辦餐廳稱，茅臺是銷量最大的白酒。“客人們就認茅臺”，海南大廈餐廳的一名大堂經理說，“我們這15年的茅臺至少一萬八一瓶，普通的飛天茅臺3380元一瓶”。 這名大堂經理稱，通常情況下，一桌至少能喝掉兩瓶，還要再點些紅酒，“(紅酒)沒必要點太好的，五六百的就行。拉菲也有，四級5400多一瓶”。 “若是按每桌菜品5000元的標準，酒水至少還得再消費2000元以上”，他推薦瞭一瓶“便宜”白酒，52°“國窖1573”，標價每瓶1780元。 變化 避風頭不去五星飯店 廣西大廈負責宴席預訂人員稱，往年年前一個月，餐廳的宴請預訂就已滿瞭，“今年上面政策嚴，這星期才熱鬧起來”。今年有個變化，往年國企和政府單位的年會喜歡包一個幾百平米的大宴會廳。今年則“很低調”，“改為一個科室單獨來吃飯，預訂的大多是包間，檔次更高瞭。” 除駐京辦餐廳外，一些大飯店的生意也並未減少。 以宮廷菜聞名的五星級飯店京倫飯店，宴會廳的負責人稱，今年預訂的年會宴席並未比往年減少，且多是在每桌4000元到5000元的標準。在今年訂的年會宴席中，“企業和政府部門各占一半。” 位於雙井的富力宮酒傢，主打粵菜。值班經理告訴記者，今年預訂的年會和前兩年一樣火，茅臺銷量依舊，“一傢商會訂1月31號的在這裡，6600元一桌，這裡辦年會的一桌六千七千的很多。” 魚翅撈飯，五谷豐登，糍粑/位，果盤/位 (註：四川駐京辦(建內貢院西街)訂餐部人員提供的菜單) ■ 探訪 企業年會聚餐 領導席浪費多 除瞭接待標準高外，浪費也是不少駐京辦餐廳、大飯店存在的問題。 “2580元/桌是最低標準” 1月25日下午4時許，甘肅駐京辦餐廳所在地飛天大廈宴會廳，一傢企業正在舉辦年會。晚上7時，服務員開始陸續給各個餐桌上菜。 該餐廳的訂餐部負責人向記者介紹，該企業宴會廳場租費6000元，音響設備3000元，預訂的就餐標準為2580元/桌，“這是宴會廳消費的最低標準”。 “我們這也有血燕、有遼參，也可以做佛跳墻。”該負責人透露，雖然餐廳的特色是蘭州拉面，但由於政府接待比較多，酒店預備瞭很多高檔次的菜肴，“高檔次菜肴最好按位上。” 記者在菜單上看到，一份血燕價格在500元左右，“血燕均是按位上菜，一桌血燕消費差不多在5000元以上”。菜單上除血燕外，還有不少按位上菜的菜品，價格從100元到500元不等。 “招待領導時，浪費更普遍” 當晚9時10分許，記者再次來到宴會廳，企業員工均離開，服務員開始收拾餐具。 記者留意到，大部分餐桌上的菜品均未吃完，一桌十幾個菜，部分菜品幾乎沒有動過。浪費最嚴重的是1號和2號桌，這兩桌的菜品比其他桌更豐盛，但大部分菜品中找不到動過的痕跡。 該公司《2012年年會指引手冊》入座指引顯示，兩桌為來賓及領導就座。 “吃不完就倒掉唄，再貴也是剩菜。”對於昂貴的菜品吃不完如何處理，該餐廳一名服務員表示，通常的方式都是倒掉，“招待領導時，浪費情況更普遍”。 餐飲業發倡議 “半份菜”難推行 前日，北京市商務委、市餐飲行業協會、北京烹飪協會、北京西餐協會對外發佈《餐飲業厲行節約反對浪費倡議書》，推出多項反浪費措施，逐步向消費者提供“半份菜”、“小份菜”、“熱菜拼盤”、免費打包，鼓勵把沒吃完的剩菜打包帶走。 全聚德、便宜坊、東來順、眉州東坡、湘鄂情、旺順閣和漢拿山等，首批響應《倡議書》的餐飲企業，涉及749傢門店。 記者探訪，魏公村路的漢拿山門店，詢問可否點半份菜或拼盤，服務人員稱“並沒有這項活動”，針對記者提出的《倡議書》，服務員解釋這傢餐廳是Mini店，和正常的大店不同，大店所有的活動他們都不參與；而附近的眉州東坡酒樓同樣也稱對此不知情，“沒有開始這樣的活動，總部還沒有給通知。” ■ 講述 聚餐變成自助 喝酒改為喝茶 今年的1月，是魏麗近五六年中最為輕松的一次。 這位北京一傢活動策劃公司的工作人員，往年的這段時間因為承接瞭很多國企、政府機關單位的年會籌備工作，忙得“連睡覺時間都不夠。” 她說，今年一個年會活動的項目都沒接到，自己服務多年的老客戶——國傢電力企業的兩傢下屬公司均提前告知取消瞭年會慶祝活動。 “人傢說有文件傳達下來，都不讓辦瞭。”魏麗說，以往這兩傢公司的年會花費均在十多萬元。 接通知後宴請取消 “現在吃飯少瞭，少瞭許多不必要的應酬。”在政府部門供職的黃先生說。近期，各部門紛紛下達關於“厲行節約，減少浪費”的內部通知。許多單位都減少瞭吃飯應酬的開銷。 黃先生所供職的單位本應在1月底宴請來京掛職的幹部，由於上級主管部門下發瞭“厲行節約”的通知，宴請活動被迫取消。黃先生透露，由於全國兩會召開在即，“上面”又狠治奢侈浪費現象，年底的大型聚餐也都取消瞭，就連上級來檢查，招待的場所也由星級酒店轉到瞭“自傢食堂”。 今年出差住快捷酒店 在某部委供職的董先生，以前出差“吃住都在星級酒店”，自從下發瞭厲行節約的通知後，他出差隻能住快捷酒店，“星級酒店的花銷也不再給予報銷”。 不僅如此，董先生所在的單位還規定年底聚會改為吃自助餐，喝酒全部改為喝茶。 但是，一些公務人員對新措施感到不適應。黃先生的同事就表示，“厲行節約”的通知下發以後，單位發的東西就少瞭。去年春節前半個月，他所在的單位就開始給員工發放春節福利，除米面油外，還包括一些海鮮和水果，“但今年一無所有”。 國企年會取消聚餐 “我們單位變‘摳門’瞭。”昨日，一位不願透露姓名的中海油公司人員說，中海油公司近日雖然舉辦企業年會，讓人意外的是，公司沒有集體聚餐。 北京學院路街道人員王興輝稱，今年的“年會”在街道食堂舉辦，決定吃一頓熱騰騰的火鍋，聚在一起相互慶祝，鼓鼓來年幹勁兒。今年年會還取消公務人員表演節目環節，“表演節目需要排練，耗時耗力，還占用對社區居民等服務的時間，街道幹脆取消。” 雖然生意少，但魏麗並不擔心，她說有的客戶表示，考慮春節後再舉行年會等活動，“如果那時的風頭不再這麼緊張的話。” Tags: Rapid
